Go at your own pace

Put a little music on, take a deep breath, notice how you feel without judgement,

set an intention for your time of creating, if you feel yourself tighten up as you draw

take deep breaths and remember to enjoy yourself!

Our tiles will look different, the goal is not for it to look like mine but to be guided by the process.

I invite you to do a little writing in a journal afterwards, notice how you feel and ask yourself:

What do I like about what I created? What did I enjoy about the Process? What do I want to do more of?

Desp;ues de dibujar te invito a escribir un poco , fíjate cómo te sientes y pregúntate:

¿Qué me gusta de lo que he creado? ¿Qué disfruté del proceso? ¿Qué quiero hacer más?
